I booked moving services through the UHaul site ($150 plus $5.95 service charge). I went to their website to add piano moving services ($250).
However, within 48 hrs I cancelled all services because I couldn't get my local company to respond to any of my calls or messages. The day after my cancellation, MovingHelp.com did refund the original charges ($150 plus $5.95) but they deducted the $250 from my account. I've been trying for 2 weeks now to get this refunded but they either won't respond, or they ask all the same questions as if it's the first they've heard from me. I want my $250 refunded and no one will respond.
Unethical, unprofessional. Never will I work with them - or consider them -- again!
