Company is a scam! No info regarding Claim filed.
I had TV damage from their movers, and I followed the steps to file a claim. Once that was done, I didn't get a response from them.
I tried calling, and they do not answer the phone. I tried emailing them; no response.

Uhaul Moving help experience
My experience with U-Haul Moving Help was extremely disappointing. I hired a moving company called RA Transport, owned by an individual named Ryan and operating in Oklahoma, through U-Haul's moving help service.
We booked their services 17 days in advance, and they confirmed they would show up at the agreed-upon time. The move-out date was set for 6/20/24.
The day before the scheduled move, our attempts to contact them via text went unanswered. After calling, we managed to confirm the move for the following day. However, on the day of the move, they failed to arrive.
Despite our efforts to reach them, all calls were redirected to voicemail.
Even when we tried calling from another phone, they still did not answer. It appeared that they had blocked us and ignored our text messages.
U-Haul should establish clear standards for service providers to prevent such unprofessional behavior. Moving Help by U-Haul may display 5-star ratings on their website, but they should also address instances of unprofessionalism like this, where service providers do not show up for the job and abandon the client.

Have yet to be called from anyone from this "support link" number is on there this just prove what a joke this whole thing has been. Currently on the phone with the number provided for the last 20 min more customer service gold NOT
The people I got from your company took my 12 point buckhead with promise to come back then blocked me and my family. They packed my things in such away to make it so we couldnt take all of our stuff then asked us the whole time for things

What's going on I was trying to arrange a load in Dartmouth ,Nova Scotia and to unload in Charlottetown PrinceEdwardIsland, and I got no answer, contract #, or quote but have been charged 515.95 on my credit card. That is fraud and I'm not even going to give movindhelp.com one star.

I have made a reservation with movinghelp.com for unloading services at Spring, Texas and the Modernizing Movers LLC crew was supposed to show up but they didn't. I waited 5 hours and unloaded myself.
