DO NOT USE ELITE MOVING COMPANY IN MEMPHIS, TN. They cancelled the same morning of my move.

The showed up at the new house later that same day and spent 42 minutes unloading the truck and charged me almost $300 for 4 hours of labor!! I called Uhaul for a refund and after waiting for assistance for 20+ minutes, the rude lady said she can't help. I asked for her boss and the the "boss" said she's actually not a boss but she can't fix it either. It took me an hour of work ti realize that I could file an issue.

What a night nightmare!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!
